Autonomous Service Kiosk (ASK)

The Autonomous Service Kiosk (ASK) is an intelligent interface for assisting visitors to any office headquarters. It consist of a combination of hardware and software technologies integrated into a system capable of performing some of the duties normally fulfilled by a front desk receptionist. The objective of the ASK design is to fulfill the role of a front desk receptionist while introducing an artificial Intelligence component that allows the system to intelligently interact with the human visitor. The ASK design will serve the following roles:

  1. Greet visitors and determine what help they need

  2. Assist visitors in contacting staff for their scheduled or unscheduled appointment

  3. Providing visitors with information about you company or office.
